Plan Features

If the installation location is a rented property, we require explicit permission from the property owner to install the window AC unit. A Whatsapp confirmation will be required. In the absence of such permission, a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 must be provided. 

Unauthorized Handling Prohibited

The customer shall not attempt to open, repair, move, assemble, or disassemble the rented AC unit under any circumstances. Any need for repairs, relocation, or adjustments must be communicated to us. Failure to comply with this clause may result in additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, and forfeiture of any deposits made.

24 hours repair promise

According to the 24 hours repair promise, we will repair your rented AC free of cost within 24 hours. This 24 hours repair promise comes under normal circumstances i.e. other than rain or thunderstorm where travel for the technician can take more than usual. If the AC is found irreparable it will be replaced.

Renewal of plan

The customers who wants to renew the plan can pay ₹1000 in November and the AC will be left installed at their place. In March, they will be subjected to pay rest ₹6999 and the plan will continue.

Shifting Charge

If you change your residence and the new location is within a 5 km radius of S Technical Point's location, a shifting charge of Rs. 1000 will be applied for relocating the AC unit. 

Should the move be beyond 5 km, you have the option to purchase the rented AC unit for a sum of Rs. 8000 (in addition to the rental charges), at which point shifting charges will not be applied. Additionally, we will provide uninstallation of the AC unit at your current location at no extra charge to facilitate your move."

We will only provide renting services up to 5 km under any circumstances.

Termination Policy

Rental amounts are non-refundable. If you decide to terminate the rental agreement for any reason before the end of the agreed period, please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund.

Plan duration

All plans starts from March and ends in November. If the plan starts in any month after March it will ultimately terminate in November and renew
